Position Overview

Culminate is seeking ambitious and well-rounded software engineer to solve the challenges that the industry was never able to solve since the beginning of the internet. As a Software Engineer at Culminate, you’ll work with product, security, and AI experts to bring ideas into immediate customer impact and protects businesses with millions of customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and build customer facing product features
• Collaborate with AI team to take experiment ideas into production.
• Build integrations with security products
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold high coding standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and AWS cloud operations
• Proficiency in programming languages in Python, or Golang
• Ability to take product requirements and user stories and break it down to implementation and test cases
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to come up with a good design and implementation first and iterate to customer satisfaction quickly
